National Burger Day London: Black Bear Burger x Fallow
National Burger Day called for something special. So on 27 August 2026, we teamed up with Fallow chefs Jack Croft and Will Murray for a one-day burger built around big flavour.
The Black Bear Burger x Fallow special combined our dry-aged British beef patty and cheese with eight-hour slow-cooked beef dandy ribs, kombu seasoning, beef sauce, pickled shallots, garlic and Fallow sriracha mayo, all packed into our seeded bun.

What Was the Black Bear Burger x Fallow National Burger Day Special?
For National Burger Day 2026, Black Bear Burger joined forces with Jack Croft and Will Murray, the chefs behind Fallow and Roe, to create a limited-edition burger available for one day only.
The burger featured:
Black Bear dry-aged British beef patty
American cheese
Eight-hour slow-cooked beef dandy ribs
Beef sauce and kombu seasoning
Pickled shallots
Garlic and Fallow sriracha mayo
Black Bear seeded bun
The idea was simple: take what both teams do best and put it into one burger.
Why Black Bear Burger x Fallow?
Both teams care about great ingredients, bold flavour and food that does not take itself too seriously. For us, that starts with dry-aged British beef and keeping the burger at the centre of everything.
Fallow brought the slow-cooked dandy ribs, beef sauce, kombu seasoning and its sriracha mayo. We brought the beef, bun and the kind of burger you need both hands for.
The result was a proper National Burger Day special - available for one day, then gone.

The collaboration was available on Thursday 27 August 2026 across Black Bear Burger locations, as well as Fallow and Roe. Market Halls also served the special at Victoria, Canary Wharf, Paddington and Oxford Street.
